At El Cortez, we value our customers and strive to provide an excellent dining experience with every order. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If your order contains incorrect or missing items, please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
  • You may be eligible for a replacement, or a partial/full refund based on the specific issue.

2. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be made via email or phone with valid proof of purchase.
  • Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be issued for orders where the food has been tampered with, or if you change your mind after receiving the order.
  • We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.
